The member 'Mycrodeeth' has done the following action : Roll dice

Alright, so I'm assuming that the one with the 13 may have accomplished something...Numbers, your call.

(Anything 11 or higher qualifies as success by me. I would assume that since 13 is a low success number and seeing that the other two tries failed that the goblins are exhausted, but that is your call)

The third goblin manages to open the lock on the door and cracks it open just enough to get a good look at the party. The other two just failed, though one of them made a rather loud clinking noise.

Dezenn heard the clinking noise and turned around, staring at the door. Barrek and Lorenzo ignored it; Barrek had decided Dezenn was more than a little bit crazy and Lorenzo flat didn't care. They started walking down the remainder of the corridor.

Azadar follows behind Dezenn, Barrek and Lorenzo, trying to concentrate the path ahead. The group reaches a staircase spiraling around a stone column.

The goblins continue to follow them. Dezenn is, for the moment, the only one who knows they're there but she doesn't see a reason to bring it up, so she hasn't said anything yet. Lorenzo starts up the stairs cautiously.

The goblins suddenly leap to the attack, jumping Darrien from behind.

[Note: Since Numbers will be leaving on vacation shortly, the plot will be more or less hijacked by me at this juncture.]

Azadar turns to face the goblins, with his sword in ready postition.

One of the goblins remains on Darrien, attempting to slit the spellsword's throat. The other two move past him, one of them hurling a throwing axe at Azadar.

"Al-Zakek!" Darrien calls out, his voice booming around the cave/room.

His sword ignites with lightning, and he slashes at the goblin attacking him.

The goblin, clinging to Darrien's back, is able to keep more or less out of the way of Darrien's sword. Fortunately as Darrien spins around, attempting to slash the goblin in two (presumably) he unbalances it enough to keep it from embedding its dagger in his throat.

Darrien does a forward roll, theoretically putting the goblin between his back and the ground. As he completes his roll, he lands on his feet almost cat-like and turns to face his enemies.

The goblin is momentarily crushed against the ground by Darrien's weight and loses its grip, standing up shakily and facing Darrien.

Darrien uses the moment of surprise to lunge forward with his blade, aiming for the goblin's core.

The goblin, caught unawares, is skewered on Darrien's blade and dies.

Darrien advances on the goblins advancing on his friends, swinging his electrified blade in shifting circles.

Azadar tries to dodge the axe (about 5 or so posts ago).

The member '16012112' has done the following action : Roll dice

Azadar gets injured badly, and drops his sword.

Darrien, seeing his new-found friend injured, jumps to defend Azadar.

The goblins turn and attack Darrien, though one is then tackled from behind by Lorenzo in his wolf form.

Darrien slashes at the goblin trying to keep it off balance.

(Since Numbers rolled, I guess I will too.)
