Pokémon Lavender

"We were sent by Mr. Berlitz. There have been destructive groups that have become a threat. He sent us quietly to protect Miss Berlitz. We have no information of whether or not if a protective detail is with Mrs. Berlitz. We just know that we will get paid a large sum of cash if two requirements are met." Riley says as he has his eyes closed and puts on a pair of sunglasses. "One, we protect Miss Berlitz until this whole cataclysm is over with. Two, we don't say anything of our deal to anybody that isn't trusted by the Berlitz family, that means you get to know." Riley says smugly. "If you don't mind, we have a job to do. Choose three of us to enter the building, the rest will secure the perimeter."

That eyebrow again. "I don't suppose you have any proof of this beyond your word?"

Eric got the message "In this line of work, its the sort of thing best not put to paper"

"There can't be any trace of our arrangement. It will cause the family to seem suspicious and people have already had the delusion that the Berlitz family caused the cataclysm. We don't care who did it, just that we stay alive and get paid." Riley says in a tone that says 'We are just hired work.' "If you don't mind I want to either secure the perimeter or the building itself. Your choice. Three go in the rest stays out."

"I think you'll all stay out. I'm not about to take the word of a ragtag group of teenagers such as yourselves." The butler's phone rang and he held it to his ear as he watched the group, waiting for a response.

"Of corse you wouldn't. You know how easy it is to bug a land-line? Isn't too difficult if you know where to look." Riley says calmly as he used his aura to map the house. "We were sent ahead before you would get a call about a group of 'visitors' coming to the house. Just in case somebody was planing an attack." Riley said and says the word visitors in a loose manner. "Besides, like my co-worker stated earlier, there can't be any paper trail at all."

The butler took a moment to listen to the phone, before putting it away and stepping out of the doorframe.

Eric walked into the house "Thank you"

Riley followed with Fang right behind them. Riley and Fang try and map the building again but the combined aura would cause anybody nearby to shudder unconsciously.

"This seems too easy." Riley says as he tries to locate Miss Berlitz. "How come it feels like we are stepping into a trap?"

Serena shivered. Something was making her uneasy. "I don't know."

Desmond, meanwhile, was busily tapping away at his Pokédex.

Riley detected an Aura signature in an upper floor of the mansion.

Eric turns to Riley "Were to?"

"Fang." Riley says before the Lucario started to walk towards the stairs and waited for the group. "She is upstairs, bring her down here. Something feels off." Riley says as he continues to scan for any threat no matter how small.

Riley wasn't finding anything, no matter how small. Or glaringly obvious, for that matter. Nothing.

Fang!Lucario came across a door. Trying the knob proved that it was locked. Aura Sight showed that the girl was on the other side of the door, presumably doing something.

"What do  you see Riley?" Rob asks and Zexy looks around nervously feeling something as well.

"Nothing, just over active battle sense." Says Riley before noticing Fang's trouble with the door so he went to the room and knocked.

"Miss Berlitz, my name is Riley. Can you please come out?" Riley asked politely. "Fang, try and find Shadow. Try asking the others first."

"Alright, hopefully he is alright." Fang says before walking downstairs. When Fang meets the group he looks at Rob. "Have you guys seen Shadow recently? We lost him a while back."

"Riley?" The Aura silhouette stood up on the other side of the door, walking towards it. "Are you a new servant or something?"

November meanwhile leafed through the bookshelves in the living room close to the entrance. Perhaps there would be something interesting research on Pokémon.

Eric looks around the main floor of the house hoping to find something interesting

"We were sent to get some facts straight and save lives..." Riley hesitated before speaking again. "I was at Vermillion City... There were only five survivors. The whole city was in ruin.... I'm trying to figure out who is to blame.... Who should face the punishment for casing that quake.... I need your help, I need you to talk to me." He says before taking a shaky breath. His emotions were almost out of control. "Please, help me. Help me find who cased this destruction." He says with a painful heart as he waits for a response.

"Wait a minute, what? What does any of that have to do with me? And who let you in here?"

Eric continues to search the house

"You want to go to the town?" November asked Eric "Leo said that people didn't know mrs. Berlitz, but it doesn't make sense. Perhaps there is some PI influence..."

Eric nodes "If this place is the house of Mrs. Berlitz, everyone would know she lives here. Your right things don't add up"

"Is there a place where PI could be located in that town?"

"I couldn't find anything"
