Eric gets up groggily "Ok not going to lie, that one hurt"

"Better to be safe than sorry." Riley groans out as he pulls out of the pile. "Tried to prank a rich brat but instead of a prank I got zapped into next Friday. Literally, I got zapped on Monday and woke up on Friday morning." Riley says kicking the smoking stick away. Fang chuckled as if he remembered that incident.

"You were smoking out of your hair right after you flew." Fang says as he slapped Riley's sore back. "Hilarious, no way of saying it."

"Funny, Painful but funny"

"Yeah, hysterical." Serena said, hauling herself to her feet. "Absolutely hysterical. Never laughed so hard in my life."

"Oh come on would it kill you to lighten up a little bit?" Eric asks

Serena huffed but said nothing. Desmond, meanwhile, pointed out the obvious problem. "So. We need to get in the grounds. I suppose your Charizard could ferry us back and forth over the fence?"

"Easy" Eric sends out Charizard, he was about to get on but he picked up a stick and through it over the fence to see if anything would shoot them out of the sky if they flew over

"Not the best first impression, but ok." Rob says, waiting for any security measures to destroy the stick.

Everyone watched but nothing destroyed the stick "Well with that out of the way" Eric got on charizard and flew over the fence into the yard. After a few minutes the rest of the group was on the grounds of the mansion

"Shall I knock?"

"Go ahead."

November knocks on the door...

Which was promptly answered by a harassed-looking butler.

Eric looks up at the butler "WOW, you are big"

The butler looked irritated. "I don't suppose you could explain what you are doing on the house grounds?"

Eric looked like he was about to say something but then decided against it

One eyebrow went up. "Well?"

Serena was thinking furiously, trying to come up with a reasonable explanation. Desmond developed a sudden interest in staring at a fixed point over the butler's shoulder, avoiding eye contact.

Eric walked up to him "Have you heard of the Cataclysm"

"Of course I have." The butler's eyes looked distant. "Terrible thing. All we can do is try to pick up the pieces." Then he did a bit of a double-take, peering closer at the group. "Do I...know you?"

Serena remembered they'd been on the news and adjusted her hat, tilting it forward.

"I don't think so. But anyway back to the Cataclysm, we have to asks the lady of the house some questions about it"

The butler's face returned to its impassive expression. "Miss or Mistress Berlitz?"

"Both preferably"

"Mistress Berlitz is not currently at home. May I ask what sort of questions you would have for Miss Berlitz about the Cataclysm?" The eyebrow was up again.

Eric couldn't answer this one without looking like an idout or a criminal. he looks behind him, eyes pleading

Desmond looked completely stumped. Serena shrugged, expression indicating she had no idea what they should say.
