I'll take A chance. France is currently fortifying  and building on Madagascar, Madagascar seems to be a lonely French colony to the outside world (research labs and a French "west point" are being made on Madagascar, the island is restricted, and this is all secret)

And we will watch deseases flourish

Ok never mind on claiming Africa, no aids for France please...

Iceland declares war on Denmark, and sends a fleet to Gronland.

Britain demands that Iceland stop there actions because Denmark is an allies of Britain and we have good trade plus I calls them to my summit to help us with stuff!

Britain begs Denmark not to start a fight with Iceland and that we can keep are trade.

(Britain sends Iceland a secret message saying that we will attack them soon but know it's not the right time)

Russia asks for an extension in trade with Japan and Germany, as they work on stabilizing their steamboat.

Britain tell the Germans that they will give them the new tipe of water for free if they stop trade or at least have less trade with Russia.

Germany tells Britain it doesn't care about carbonated water. Not much use for it, but enjoying it.

Germany and Japan both accept the trade deals.

Scandinavia warns the Icelanders that it will protect Danish lands and tells them to stop the war immediately. Denmark sends its navy to the Faroe's (island chain north of Britain), ready to launch an attack on mainland Iceland.

King William sends a messenger to England, apologizing for his actions, and stating that he had no idea Britain and Denmark were allies. He withdraws the fleet, and sends a peace treaty to Denmark, the contents being effectively the same as above.

King John sends a message to England saying that they should have had more knowledge of their allies/enemies.

Denmark accepts the peace treaty. It also asks Britain and France if they agree on how to split the remaining lands in North America.

France agrees

Russia continues to fortify their defenses as they continue their research on long-range weaponry.

They also offer an apology to France for the whole spying bit.

France accepts the apology but is still cautious.

Britain agrees with Denmark.

As well Britain asks Spain, Germany, Denmark, the Dutch, the Indians, the Netherlands, and Austria if they are "ready" for the reason for the summit and if not them please say so.

Britain asks the portaguese if they would sell us the steam wagon for the spinning jeany.

Portugal accepts.

Britain starts working on the wagon and asks the portaguese to not give it to anyone else.

France wants to buy this wagon if France doesn't already have it.

The Netherlands say aye. The Indians nay.

Russia begins to find ways to improve their steam engines.

What about that reast of the nations what do they say?

Germany ignores Britain's request and Austria doesn't support it.

What about Spain and Poland and the Dutch and Denmark?

Britain bags Germany to say yea for Britain will give them many good things for a long time! And Austria if they help as well they will get many good things if they help ( I'm talking spinning jeany steam everything and what ever else that comes with those)
