Governor Stewart sends a messenger to the Scots in New Guinea. The contents are as follows:

"You will send men into the heart of the island, rounding up natives. Send them on a well-guarded ship to Scotland, we need labor sorely."

Long story short, the Scots are capturing natives of New Guinea and putting them to work on the fleet.

Queen anne hears about this and isnt very happy with slaves so she makes this rule that after 15 years of hard work without a brake out or them getting into trouble they are to be sent back to Avva and set free then they can keep getting workers and just rotate them every 15 years.

Britain also asks if they could buy the Dutch land in Africa and Asia.

Scotland agrees to England's terms.

Aztlan sets up its immigration policies to allow for easy passage for workers from downtrodden Russia and Poland to acquire citizenship rights easily under the Concordat, including full legal protection, designed to make it extremely attractive for them to immigrate to the Hegemony and supply badly-needed labor. This may cause some racial tension but given their status as the most liberal and democratic government in the world the Hegemon is sure they can manage.

Britain is putting a protective measures for its military and it's weapon plans as well as the steam boat.

The British send a message to the Russians are asking for peace in a trade alliance as well Britain would like to help with the industrialization of the Russians and want to know if the Russians would want to join Britian and the Ottoman?

Scandinavia surrenders to the allies. Spain offers the Britain Taiwan and Florida as well as money to set the newly won territories free as a new nation like the people in South America want.

Germany hopes to make money off the immigration to Aztlan and offers the immigrants passage from Hamburg to Veracruz (or other Aztlan port cities).

The Dutch don't want to sell their land anywhere. In fact they tell the British that since they claimed Indonesia first, they are intruding on their territory with their new colony.

Britain tell the Dutch that they'd never heard of the Dutch claiming anything in the newly named Avva so it belongs to the British as well Britain tells the spainish it will treat the people of its new South America land well but decliners there offer and sets up new mines and farms in South America to start new job and help its Economy. But says that the Aztlan people can now buy the small pockets of land that Britain has in Mexico.

Britain asks Belgium of it would like to trade and Russia them same. And keeps working on the steam boat and new weapons.

Belgium is happy to trade with the British.

The Dutch tell the British that they have trade posts on western Avva, obviously giving them the right for Avva.

Russian and Polish Immigrants find themselves jobs in Sweden. In the other European countries the workforce is large enough for the jobs present that immigrants aren't always treated...respectfully.

Spain hasn't pulled its troops out of the South American colonies citing bureaucracy as the reason. Spanish troops are still helping the rebels who do control some of the major cities.

LOUN completes the steamboat. The Continental alliance is still working on it, making good progress.

Britian tell the Spainish to get off of British land or else.and Britain will lower taxes in South America.

Britian also tells the Dutch that Britain meant the main land mass of Avva and the islands close to there the Dutch can keep the other islands.

As well Britain sends a message to Denmark asking for a monopoly say that if it gives it to use we will give them an army any time they are in need of it and will always have help from Britain.

Britain also starts using it new steam powered boat to increase trade speed with its allies but put guards on them to make sure they are not stolen and puts the steam engine to work with other things like weapons and mining and tools and such.

Spain decides to pull out of the new British territories. However, the ambassador to Britain remarks that the people really don't care about taxes, but about ruling themselves.

The Dutch offer the British a way to settle this. Since the British want the whole island and the Dutch already have trade posts, the Dutch offer to give Britain full sorveignty of the isle in return for some money.

Denmark doesn't want to be monopolized by British. It looks to the Dutch and French to offer them a better trade arrangement(s).

King William sets up a new governor for the Falkland islands, and tells him to start up a whaling operation. (Luft, I'll PM you with the reason for this if you want)

Britain buys the land from the Dutch and asks Denmark if it doesn't want to be monopolized then will it give Britain a bigger trade then other nation for the same terms?

France offers to ally with Denmark for an OPEN trading system... Unlike the British...

Portugal invests more time and money into engine research.

Britain start using its natve workers to start working in mines and farms as well as stating new mines and farms in Avva and setting up forts in Avva.

King William issues an order to Scotland and Iceland, asking each to provide 250 men by the time the fleet is done, he wants 50 men to crew each ship.

The South American colonies pump the British full of complaints about wanting to be their own country. They are tired of being under a European's thumbnail. They suggest that if the Brits won't let them go that they at least get to govern themselves whilst still being part of Britain.

Britain agrees to this that the South American part of Britain Will become a new British state that is under the crown but can make its own laws as long as they are at least passed by the British first.

As well they must allow the project to be in there state.
