Portugal asks what England has to offer for this new economic oppertunity.

Britain offers money for the new water for it will soon come over to all nation soon just by someone walking over.

(And two brothers made it so it would have spread super fast that almost everybody would know about it) but still they offer to but it none the less

King John will sell the water, in exchange for the glasses blueprints.

France is willing to trade for water and the glasses.

(I just said the glasses were a secret look at my last post) but Britain will only buy the water from portagul seeing as it is not super important and will give the French a lot of money for the wagon.

(forgot about that secret bit)

Portugal sends over the recipie in exchange for 15% of the profits generated in England.

(Glass could be made kinda easy if it was leaked that someone made them... The monocle has already been invented so....) France declines Britains offer, not worth it.

France is interested in this recipe.

Portugal replies asking 10%.

At at the moment it's not for sale. The recipes for for the wagon are all rounded up and moved to a secret location, extensive research is being made. These wagons are also rounded up and carted off to this location.

Britain still says 5 and it buy 10 percent of stock in Brazil.

As well Britain starts working on whatever it was that the French mDe by looking at the newspaper that went out hoping to make the same thing.

France starts ro to create public universities and colleges where people can learn for a small fee, the teachers teach subjects centered around invention (and inventions like steam engines and other things), and France starts to give incentives to inventors.

(If i am able to) Portugal sees the french colleges as too narrowly minded. therefore king John commands the construction and teaching of colleges centered around philosophy, science, and literature.

The the colleges in France teach everything but incentives are given to those who chose to invent

Britain asks portagul what it would want for the wagon?

And asks if they could use the idea of the french and start things like that as well.

I guess France allows Britain to start universities?

Britain starts two huge collages one in England and one in New York saying that there main focus is army tactic and weapons but other very important areas are medical and tech research.(luft can you tell us how are collages are doing)

France looks to expand in Africa, seeing as the lower middle portion of Africa isn't claimed.
