November in her confusion starts walking toward a cliff.

Spinda on the other hand sees dazed people/pokemon and thinks it impresses them.

Meanwhile, Ponyta goes over and lays against a tree, lighting it instantly on fire.

November keeps stumbling through the forest, until after loosing her direction completely finally snaps out of confusion "Spinda return. Guess I am lost in the forest. As long as I don't run into something scary I should be fine."

Haunter decided it was more fun to explore and pointed randomly in a direction that was anywhere, but where the party was.

Blaze breaks the confusion, and promptly shakes his head to clear it. Noting the damage done to Serena, he blanches dramatically.

(Ironically, between breaking the confusion and Serena speaking directly to him, Blaze is probably more focused now than usual.)

"Did... did I do that?" he asks nervously.

"One minute there's a Spinda dancing around in front of me, and the next thing I knew, I was at a party and I saw the biggest birthday candle ever!"

"But I guess that was you... Sorry"

Blaze takes out a notebook, usually reserved for jotting down notes about the burn quality of his latest fire, and writes:

"The giant birthday candles are a trap."

He then turns back to Serena. "I can pay for that." He says solemnly.

(Oh, and if no one minds, I'm going to retroactively change is so that Blaze actually only set fire to Serena's hat.)

Whirlipede took the X-Scissor directly but it didn't seem to do a whole heck of a lot - not nearly as much as it was supposed to anyhow.

Desmond pointed dramatically at Armaldo. "Now! Use Rollout!" Whirlipede spun in place at a furious speed before charging forward at Armaldo.

"OK Haunter, I do not recognize this lake" November said irritably "show me where we actually came from."

Haunter decided to show her the general direction in return for a little more food which November grudgingly handed over.

Serena walked into the woods [presumably] with Blaze in tow. "Hello? November?!" she called, hoping that she didn't run into a wild Pokémon...or November's Pokémon for that matter.

November and Haunter had started moving towards Serena's voice.
