Night two of the war has begun - everyone is back at their respective bases of operation and enemy Masters are on the prowl.

The sound repeated a moment later; as Vince watched, he caught a glimpse of glowing lines that pulsed in unison with the sound.

"That was some sort of mana discharge, near one of the mansions." Caster reported.

Vince didn't have to think real hard that he was found "Assassin, we've got unwanted company. If we were to fight, where'd be the place?"

Vince figured against a magic caster (presumably a strong one) somewhere open might be the best option as opposed to a one-way hallway.
