Magic and War RP

Lil grinned, lowering her wand.

"Well that was the quickest duel I have ever seen" Carter gets on stage and goes to the ginger. He mutters a spell under his breath and the pumpkin falls off the kids face in peices

Lil bowed to the ginger again, this time flourishing her robe extravagantly.

Gene raises his hand. "I would like to duel Lil." He says, standing up.

Lil blinked. "Alright then, come get some!"

"Ok then." Gene strides back up to the stage, hair still on end. He bows to Lil.

Lil bowed right back, and as soon as she thought Gene was ready she lashed out with her wand. "Melofors!"

the spell misses Gene entirely, ricochets off of a wall and shoots into the crowd.

"Locomotor Mortis!"

The missed spell flies into the crowd and hits Vem right between the eyes, turning his head into that of a pumpkin.

Lil stepped smartly aside and the Leg-Locker Curse flew by her. The first-year Lovecraft raised her wand towards Gene again. "Shevalura!"

Gene jumps out of the way, barley dodging the spell. "Flipendo!" He says, wand pointing at Lil.

Lil sidestepped the other way coolly, taking advantage of Gene's rushed aim. "Levicorpus!"

Gene ducks as the spell flies over his head. " Langlock!"

By this point pretty damn confident in Gene's lack of aim, Lil was quite surprised when the Muggle-born's latest spell hit her right in the face. Her non-wand hand flew to her throat as she made a choking noise, her tongue having glued itself to the roof of her mouth and preventing her from speaking or casting a counterspell.

Gene aims the wand right between Lil's eyes and casts "Flipendo!" once more.

Carter conjured up a drink for himself to enjoy the show

Lil ducked and the spell made her hair flutter as it passed overhead. Her tongue unstuck itself with an audible click and she quickly brought up her wand again. "Steleus!"

The spell hit its target and Eugene started to sneeze horribly

Lil spun adeptly out of the way. "Incarcerous!"

The ropes bind Eugen to the point where moving is all but impossible. Carter finishes his drink "Match over"

Verne was looking at the clock hoping this nonsense would be over soon.

"I yield." Gene says.

"Yesss!" Lil said in triumph, before realizing she didn't know the counterspell. "Uh, Professor Carter? Do you want to, you know, free him?"

"A little help would be nice." Gene says.

Professor Carter looked a little disappointed at Lil "You must always know how to reverse your spells" Carter takes out his wand and flicks his hand. The ropes come off of Gene

"Thanks." Gene stands up. "So, are you going to teach us a force field spell or something?"
