Harry put the ship in a harbor at the edge of the country. Once they were safely landed and stopped harry started to re pressurise his jet suit

"Hide the weapons that you hold dear. The Dutch are going to take our weapons while we stay because they don't want to risk an incident" Crewe said.

The Ambassador would have none of that "No, diplomatic etiquette requires us to turn in our weapons and we shall do so honorably."

"The day I let people in suits take my suit is the day I let everyone kiss my ass" Harry folded the suit so it looked like he had a backpack on "Better?"

"Yes. We'll not stay long." Crewe said. He stepped out of the Zeppelin after the docks crew fastened it and pushed stairs to the Zeppelin. A Dutch administrator was standing at the base of the stairs with a clipboard. He looked exhausted and annoyed [probably of having to walk the WHOLE way from a different hangar] "The Merlin is not on the schedule. I will have to ask you to move within two hours."

"Let me see that. Yep right here, at 1:30 your supposed to kiss my ass"

"Do not mock me" the administrator warned. The Ambassador gave Harry a look that he should do as he's told for once. Crewe meanwhile tells the administrator about the pirate incident and that there are captured pirate on board "will you take them into custody?"

"I'll send a message to mayor Hudson."

Harry gave a look that he doesn't really care

The Ambassador told Harry to help load supplied onto the Merlin.

Harry did what he was told for once

The Ambassador smiled. Finally the pilot was out of his hair.

Dutch soldiers arrive to take the pirates into custody. The mayor comes along for political reasons (AKA he wants votes in the next election).

Harry starts to get supplies but then takes a nap in the control room

Meanwhile, the French airship that had been following them promptly followed them right over the border into Dutch airspace. Dutch hailings were answered with the response that the ship was not a warship and not registered under the La Royale Aeronautique's papers.

Harry continues to nap

"We can get out of here once the French ship leaves." Crewe muttered before greeting the mayor "here are our pirate prisoners."

"Excellent, you have done a service for the world. One which I shall remember" Mayor Hudson replied. Not to mention the voters Hudson thought.

The administrator meanwhile looked shyward and saw the French ship "more #%$! paperwork."

The French ship seemed content to secure a mooring and merely wait up there, its engines off, for the Merlin to heat up her boilers again.

The administrator moves over to the French ship "look here, you are not on the schedule either. This is not some joint where anyone can walk in when they want!"

Considering that the French dirigible was at altitude, it ignored the administrator since it was impossible to hear him.

The administrator furiously gestured for the French airship to land.

Crewe meanwhile walks to Harry to discuss the next leg of the journey "Let us try to get to Hamburg. If possible we should stay along the usual flight lanes to avoid further trouble."

The airship ignored him, seemingly oblivious to his presence.

"If the weather is in our favor we will be able to reach Hamburg in about half a days flight, provided we don't run into any more pirates"

"If we fly via Amsterdam, we should make it without too much trouble. The problem is wether we can get through Germany in one piece. Anyway we are loaded and ready to go."

"Say the word and we're out of here"

"Let's go before that administrator returns."

As soon as the Merlin's boilers started to heat up (signified by smoke from its smokestacks) the French ship immediately did the same, ensuring that once the two airships got going the French ship would be able to immediately catch up.

"These guys really want to fallow us"
