The Medicham was looking deadpan at Fang. <I said your friend was innocent. I did not say anyone else was.>

Eric goes up to the Berlitz "Do you guys have a missile in your front yard?"

"No."

"No, where would you get that ridiculous idea?"

"Hay I'm board and I'm checking if if were all still sane" Eric says he turns around and looks at everyone else. He faces saying "What the hell is going on?"

"Well, my Medicham has used Mind Reader on me and proved my innocence. Whatever you kids saw down there, you're wanted by the police and you can explain it to them." Jean said coolly as a pair of security officers stepped up to flank the party. "I won't hold your accusations against you."

"Like mother like daughter" Eric says to himself

The security officers escorted them down to the lobby.

"This doesn't make sense. Who has the power to pull all of this off and have us dance around like marianettes" Eric thought as he walked

"Well, that went nowhere..." Serena grumbled.

"Ok, that conversation was so stupid I decided not to get involved." Rob says at last.

"I - what?" Serena had no idea how to respond to that. Desmond burst out laughing.

The laughter stopped with a cry of shock as the ground shook. "What in the name of Helix was that?!"

"Another quake maybe?"

"From whats been happening for the last few days we aren't that lucky"

The ground shook, steel beams creaking behind them as the PI building twisted abruptly. Sinnoh wasn't as geologically active as Kanto and Johto - none of the buildings here were designed to withstand seismic shocks.

"Please let this be just a normal quake" Eric says

A colossal screech as the PI building's foundation gave way.

"Everyone get out!!" Eric screamed running to the door

The entire group (along with most of the PI staff on the ground floor) sprinted for the exits. Making it outside, the group could turn and see, as they ran further, glass windows shattering as the metal frame of the building twisted, the gargantuan structure folding over to one side. As they watched, a series of explosions erupted, spreading out to the left and right of the building and blowing an immense hole in the ground roughly fifteen hundred yards or more in length. The last of the PI Building fell, crumpling up as the structure vanished into the increasingly large cloud of dust and smoke.

Through this, the ground hadn't stopped rumbling as an enormous roaring sound could be heard beneath the earth, a constant hurricane of noise. An enormous shadow could vaguely be seen rising up through the smoke, silhouetted against the fires. Whatever it was, it was vast, and the smoke began to clear rapidly, allowing them to see what it was.

"Arceus above..." Serena gasped, staring up at the thing, while Desmond wiped his glasses off to make sure he wasn't seeing things.

"What the hell is that thing?" Eric asks

November rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things.

Zexy hides behind Rob's head seeing the shadow thing "Whatever it is, giant shadows followed by earthquakes are never a good thing, we have to go." he says while also staring up at whatever it was.

Fang looks frozen with fear in his body language and on his face.

"Impossible....it just can't be!" Fang says only loud enough for Serena to hear.

Riley sneakers back into the Berlitz house only getting noticed by the guards when he sneezed.

"Oh crud, this just isn't my day." He groans.

The smoke cleared as three pairs of spotlights snapped on, centering on the party. The object in question was a massive airship nearly a thousand feet long...with five massive guns on its left side pointing at the group.



A PA system activated, and Jean Berlitz' voice, now sounding smug, rolled out of the speakers. "Hello down there. Enjoying yourselves?"

Rob stumbles for words for a second before screaming "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?"
