Both blasts hit Wolverine and he screams in pain
(Mycro you diside how much damage is taken)

Wolverine was slammed to the ground hard, knocking the air from his lungs, followed by the radiation hitting him. Radioactive Man increased the intensity of the radiation, causing most of the rest of the T-bolts (barring Citizen V) to shield their eyes from the intense glow. "I know you can regenerate your wounds, but as fast as you can regrow your skin, I can keep boiling it off. If I were you I would stop putting up a fight now."

Wolverine Tries to get up but he keeps getting knocked down by the attacks hitting him

Radioactive Man continued to keep Wolverine down by boiling off his skin nonstop, while Songbird constructed another set of hard sound restraints.

Wolverine struggles for about a minute longer and then stops. He lays there unconscious

"Well, that was easy." Citizen V said as Songbird, manipulating the sonic bands that held Wolverine in place, threw him roughly into the gunship transport cell, which had been layered with electrical wiring so that CV could deliver a powerful jolt to Logan if he attempted to cut his way out with his adamantium claws.

[I'm so sorry Logan] Xavier sent

Xavier looked at the two shield agents "You have what you came for. Now. Get. Out"

The two wordlessly left. Cloudeye Two remained in a holding pattern above the Institute, more of a precautionary measure than anything.

In the Thunderbolts' transport, Joystick looked disgusted. "I wish he'd have stayed in that school. Can you imagine fighting all those people at once? All of them have powers, too."

"That's not a good thing, you know." Radioactive Man pointed out. Havok glared at Joystick. "You know my brother is one of those people, right?"

"Yeah, he's the one with laser vision, right?" Joystick said, adroitly missing the point.

"Liv, this wasn't a game yesterday and it hasn't changed since then. Grow the hell up." Songbird said.

Citizen V and Atlas both sat impassively, the latter watching Logan carefully.

In the cage Logan starts healing from his wounds

Xavier goes back in the institute. He goes down to the basement and hits his arm rest in frustration

Cyclops was there turning in his suit "Is everything ok professor?"

"No" Xavier says quietly

"He's regenerating."

"Yes, he does that." CV sounded annoyed.

Logan finishes the healing and wakes up. On instinct he tries to get out of the cage

Osborn pushed a button and a massive electrical shock blasted through Logan's skeleton, courtesy of the interior of the cell.

Logan screams in pain as electricity goes through his stistem he falls to the floor panting

"I think you'd better not try that again, Mr. Logan."

"No *pant* *pant* @#$%"

"So are we going to get Logan?" Bobby asks prof x.

Xavier starts to think. All the X-men are present along with the senior professors "If we openly attack S.H.E.I.L.D we will have nothing but an all out war on our hands. Bobby I agree we need to free logan, but I can't think of a way that won't get us into a war with the government"

"Couldn't you erase their memories?"

"That was one option but if they have a telepath with them. They could resist my telepathy and warn everyone else. Not to mention even if I did erase there minds they more than likely kept records of the past days events" Xavier says

Banner is put into a laboratory at S.H.I.E.L.D. H.Q. Of course, as he expected, the lab is rimmed with steel.

Xavier turns to the other senior professors "Have you come with any ideas?"

Hank started and nearly lost his glasses as Erik's fist came down hard on a table. "I say damn S.H.I.E.L.D. and damn SHARA too! Logan is a human being - he's one of us - and Osborn has no right to arrest people simply because they are mutants."

Hank, straightening his glasses, intervened. "Erik, that's not what they actually did, you realize. Logan was arrested because he decided to try and apprehend a group of criminals. With a group of our students and little to no instruction."

"And? Last time I checked, Hank, America allowed for citizens' arrests." Erik turned back to Xavier, though Hank showed every sign of being ready to continue speaking to him. "Charles, we cannot simply stand by and let this happen, regardless of the consequences. You know what I went through in Germany."

Xavier regarded Eric and nodded "Yes and no one should have to suffer the same experience you went through. I agree with you Eric, Logan is one of us. He's and X-man and our friend. I agree we need to get him back, but I think we need to get him back without going into a war"

He turns to Hank "Logans actions were in the right and both of us could have stopped him. But even if I thought about it Hank I wouldn't have stopped him. He lead the X-men into the field, his actions saved lives. Saving lives is the X-mens purpose, why would either of us stop him from doing that?"

"I wouldn't, Charles. Make no mistake, I firmly believe Logan is in the right here as much as you and Erik do. But S.H.I.E.L.D.'s response is reasonable, from their point of view. Look at how quickly SHARA was passed. America wants to know that their government can handle dealing with metahuman-level threats. And so they are making an example out of Logan." Hank finished sadly.

Erik avoided Charles' gaze, looking stonily at a point on the wall above and to the left of his head. Xavier sensed that his thoughts were clouded by fury, and that he wanted action, even before he spoke up; "What would you suggest, then?"

Xavier looks at Eric for a minute, his thought full of worry for his friend.

"I saw how callously they came here. If we attack the thunderbolts would come and attack here and I can't risk that. I think that I should talk to S.H.E.I.L.D. We may be able to end this peacefully if we all can come to an agrement"
