"Local law enforcement?" Roma gestured at the nearest corpse, a police officer in full riot gear. "That was the local law enforcement. There's nobody here anymore!"

Gus came to the street where the others were and saw a scene that had repeatedly accursed as he tried to exit the city. Obviously, someone is trying to kill every inhabitant of the city. Although Gus dreads it, he must stay with the group for now...

Mathias got out of his car with his rifle in hand and a small luger in his back pocket he runs up to where Max is and asks "Where are we going know my uncles house is two or three miles east from here but we would have to leave the cars behind and walk through the woods"

"There is no other way out of this city unless we can move the blockades, which is unlikely considering that the vehicles blocking the roads are turned upside down."

"Anybody have a chain or toe rope we can use to get these cars out of the way?"

"If I did, I wouldn't be here."

"What about the swat vehicles? They are built with thick armor." Max suggests as he smiles. "Use them as battering rams."

"What SWAT vehicles?" The vehicles blocking the road were police cruisers, not SWAT vans. "Are none of you concerned by the fact that nobody is shooting at these things?! Listen for a minute." Roma paused, hand cupped to his ear. "We're the only %$#@ing people around here!"

"Well lets either go back into town and try another road or let drop ard cars and go on foot either way we need to keep moving."

"I already tried the other roads. Since I can't get through with my car I'll walk the entire way home."

"I could ramp over them with my bike." Max says with pride.

"Look moron, although I don't care about your health, you should know it isn't like in the American trash movies. You are probably going to break a leg or worse" cautioned Gus.

"What about squeezing my bike through the rode block?" Max asked after Gus made a good point.

"Well I would rather have a bike and every one else on foot then no bike"

"No way, you don't drive my bike until I'm pushing up daisies!" Max yells in rage.

"What I meant was since we cant get the cars through but we can get you bike through then we can put are extra stuff on the bike so we can walk lighter."

"Alternatively, anyone know how to hotwire a car?"

"Or willing to use their vehicle to push others out of the way while the vehicle being pushed is in neutral?" Max asked as he balanced on his bike.

"Nope, never learned how to hotwire a car, butI think my truck has enough power to get through those vehicles." says Sam.

"If you. hit behind the rear wheels then the back of the roadblock would open up. If you try hitting the front, that engine would give you a bad headache and possibly wreck the truck beyond use." Max warns Sam as Max thought out the plan verbally.

"all righty." Sam says, driving his truck behind the roadblock and pushing it out of the way with his pick up.

The roadblock moved fairly easily, opening up a path for the other vehicles to get through. The grinding noise attracted the attention of something, though...a mingled roar of distorted human voices sounded from not far off. "Shit! Everyone get ready!" Roma said, pulling his shotgun up to his shoulder.

Sam grabs his gun. "What was that?"

"Trouble." Max said simply as he loaded him weapon. "Get ready to kick some zombie butt."

Sam points the barrel out the window, ready for any incoming infected.
