"This should be interesting!" Said Kris. She then "sat back" to watch the scene take place. [OR however ghosts watch amusing scenes take place.]

November meanwhile locked the steering wheel into place and proceeded to change the speed of the boat. She went over and pulled the throttle up, before breaking it off. The boat is increasing its speed and heading toward the dock... "oh-oh. I think we have a problem."

Jack leans against a wall, watching the show along with Kris.

Serena looked alarmed. "November! You're going to crash us into the dock!"

[Regarding Jack's nonchalance, he does know if the boat crashes he's in deep poo, right?]

(He is well aware and as far as I can tell there's nothing he can do at the moment)

"I don't know how to handle this thing" said November who frantically is trying to fix the throttle and subsequently trying to stop the boat "someone take the wheel!"

Rob runs over to the wheel and tries to keep the boat under some kind of control

Jack realizes the magnitude and gets an idea, he runs to the stern (back for all you landlubbers) and drops the anchor ( if there is one to drop)

November tried/continued to no avail to jam the speed throttle back together "the boats arc is too wide I think!''

The boat, careening forward, smashed into the dock and broke a good portion of it to splinters before skidding up and onto the beach, shuddering and bouncing horribly the entire way before it struck a jutting rock and flipped over - fortunately it catapulted everyone free of the collision and into the sand where [owing to Pokémon world physics] they were basically unharmed, though they wound up (with the obvious exception of Kris) embedded headfirst and waist-deep in the sand.

Kris laughs at the pile of people in the sand. "That was fun! Let's do that again!"

(Kris is sounding more and more like the leahninsidhe every day)
Jack and Rob try to get free of the sand. After a few seconds they both succede.

[It's Leanansidhe and she's a character from the Dresden Files...probably the second most powerful of the Winter Faeries. It's a compliment of the highest order, I assure you.]

Desmond succeeded at roughly the same time as the other two, while Serena's legs thrashed about helplessly. The Bug-type Trainer looked at the wrecked boat. "Great. Fangs is gonna kill us all."

"Where'd she go anyway?" Jack asks, shaking sand from his jacket.

"She found the Pokemon she was looking for."

Riley and a soaked Riolu run towards the group.
"Oh crud, May is going to kill us." Riley says as Riolu tries to help Serena but got kicked in the muzzle before he could lay a paw on her. It yelped in pain but kept its mouth shut and tried again without getting kicked. It started to lift her out but it needed help and Riley finished the job, pulling Serena all the way out of the sand. "You kicked Riolu while it was trying to help you." Riley said aloud before whispering to Serena. "We are lucky that he didn't cures at you in our language."

"Why should the language matter? It all means the same thing doesn't it?" Asks jack.

"Sorry, Riolu." At Riley's remark, she looked confused. "What's the big deal?"

Meanwhile, there was a sharp splash from nearby as a yellow Magikarp was launched up out of the water, flopping momentarily in midair before it landed smack on Jack's head. "Ha! Now I've got you - " May came storming out of the water, eyes locked on the Magikarp as she threw a Poké Ball...before noticing the boat. " - WHAT DID YOU PEOPLE DO TO MY GRANDPA'S BOAT?!"

Meanwhile in the background, the Poké Ball sat complacently, the Magikarp safely captured within.

Riolu ran over to the poke ball containing the yellow magicarp before haanding it to Riley who which put Riolu in his oown pokeball.

"Riley," Serena said again. "What's so significant about that?"

May, now rendered speechless by the destruction of her boat, snatched the Magikarp's Pokéball from Riley's grasp.

"I fixed the throttle!" November exclaimed, looking at the throttle which had been smashed together. Then she saw May and nervously looked around "eh..."

"You...you..." May seemed to have reached the limits of the language. "...How could you possibly do this?! All you needed to do was make sure the boat didn't drift! Are you retarded?!"

"From what I saw, I'm guessing the throttle broke while at the highest speed and they quickly lost control. They ramped off a rock and landed on the beach while throwing Riolu into the water." Riley says as he reconstructs the accident with great detail due to the fact that the aura trail was still fresh. "Oh, nice job on nabbing a yellow Magicarp. How long have you been looking for one?" Riley asked as he searched in his bag for something. "The fact that the Magicarp is yellow to begin with makes me wonder if it will evolve into a yellow Gyridose." Riley says as he pulls out a hand full of candies and a small device that Desmond would recongize as Rare Candies, and a Exp Share. "Wait, first lets get the boat back into the water." He says as he puts the items back in his bag. "But how to do it is tricky."

"It wasn't Novemberx's fault." Rob says
