Curt takes aim at the zombie that is attacking Derek and he aims at the beast's head right above the temple. And he pulls the trigger unsure where the bullet will fly.

(Rolling for the shot a 12d due to Curt's bloodloss)

The member 'Sagansoul001' has done the following action : Roll dice

The shot flys low and zips right in front of Derek's eyes and Curt is shaking the dizzyness of bloodloss out of his head. Or trying to at least.

Derek, still wtih knife in hand, stabs the infected that is on him and gets up.

So nobody's going to investigate any of the background noises?

Curt runs into a building that has a good sniper advangate but he notices something else nearby. He looks through his scope and was surprised of what he saw.

(Just to keep you in the game, I helped you out. What did Curt see over where the noises were being made?)

Curt, peering through his scope, sees a man dressed in a biker's outfit swigging beer atop a building, occasionally blasting a zombie with a shotgun he was holding. With the man on the roof is a jukebox, several six-packs and a whole pile of ammunition. In the background a chopper approaches from the east.

(If nobody moves I will start spawning unfriendly things!)

Curt starts moving into a sniper position to assist this drunken man fight off the zombies that are attacking him. 'I hope he is willing to give up some of heis ammo.' Curt thinks to himself as he fires three times.

Two shots fall short and only hit the ceiling but the third whips past the man's ear and by shear luck hits a zombie in th eye but the zombie isn't down yet.

The man evidently doesn't notice, although the shots draw the attention of the other Survivors.

*ahem* If we don't get moving I'm going to start getting sadistic, people.

(I can't do anything right now. It is up to the others.)

Blind guy, want to do something?

Derek stabs the infected in the head thereby breaking his knife. 'Dang." He grumbles and hears a few shots coming from above him, he glances up seeing a drunken man with a shotgun and some six packs. Derek sees the building has a fire escape and starts to climb up the rickety metal stairs as fast as he can, finding a lone crow bar along the way up. He arrives at the roof and runs for the infected, and swings the crow bar.

Now that Derek is closer, he can see the man in greater detail:

Whoever he is, he turned and pointed the shotgun at Derek, frowning when he saw it wasn't a zombie. "Who the hell are you?"

'No time to explain, infected right behind you." Derek says backing away from the shotgun pointed at him.

The man casually turned around and smashed the stock of his shotgun into the face of a zombie climbing over the edge. It fell to the pavement, unmoving. "Alright, now that I've killed the vampire, tell me who the hell you are. And before you answer, I'm a cop, so don't lie." All this was shouted over the jukebox behind Derek, blasting AC/DC. That might explain the huge swarm of Infected around the building, though it didn't seem to bother this guy.

"Name's Derek Stane, survivor, We are trying to get out of here, and that music isn't really helping make it easy."

"If you came all the way up here to &!#$% about the music, why dontcha just head back downstairs?"

"Well I also heard some shots coming from up here and also I needed a good position to see the incoming chopper."

"What chopper?"

Before Derek could answer, the jukebox was turned down abruptly. "Francis! I think something's wrong with Duke!" came a shout from near the jukebox

"What was that?" Derek asked staring at the juke box.

"Why'd you turn the music off?" Francis shouted. A guttural cry came from behind the stairwell and jukebox, followed by a nearly feminine scream and several gunshots. "Oh God! OhmyGodohmyGodOHMYGOD!" There was then an enormous thud and a sickening splattering noise, and the screaming stopped abruptly. Something made a grunting noise reminiscent of the Hulk.
