Left 4 Dead 4

After attatching a note to a rock, Curt threw it across the street and it landed on the ground with the words (RUN! IT'S A TANK!) facing the sky right infront of the bottle wielding man. Curt had already gotten two other notes ready if they were needed and he had his suppressor on the gun barrel to try and not attract any more zombies to the party.

Derek glances down at the note. "I think we better go." he says motioning to the fire escape.

"What the &$@#?!" Francis grabbed his shotgun and started towards the jukebox. As he did so, however, a massive shape lurched out from behind the stairwell. It resembled nothing so much as a zombified Hulk, albeit one with long hair and a beard. It bellowed as it spotted the Survivors and swatted the jukebox towards them as easily as if it were a toy. Francis turned and tried to run back towards the fire escape, but the jukebox caught him a glancing blow and knocked him sprawling to the roof. It spun off the edge and shattered on the pavement below. The zombie turned and charged at Derek, roaring as it came.

Curt put the Tank's head in his sights and steadied the gun before firing.

The shot went low and hit the zombie in the foot but the Tank wasn't fazed by the shot.

Derek bolts for the fire escape, and when he reaches the railing of the stairs he jumps, and grabs the rail with both hands, and hangs down below the stairs trying to loose the tank.

The Tank surged forward, shaking the surface of the roof as it came. Francis, having lost his shotgun in the fall, produced a pistol and fired ineffectually once, twice, three times at the Tank before it swatted him off the roof. Screaming, he sailed across the street and through a window, vanishing from sight. The massive zombie then turned its attention to Derek, who was the next closest. It reached over the side of the building and grabbed the fire escape before tearing it off the building with a metallic screech of protest as the supports holding it to the side gave way. Holding the support in such a way that Derek dangled within easy reach, the zombie reached for him, growling.

seeing no other option, Derek fumbles around for his pistol, and being as close as he is to the tank, he gets a couple of head shots on it, hoping to do some damage.

The shots seemed to simply enrage the Tank, which, roaring, grabbed Derek and hurled him back into the door to the stairway, which bent inwards with a noise of splintering wood.

Derek (believing the stairway is intact) and still a bit dazed from the throw, bolts down the steps 2 at a time.

The Tank charges through the door and down the stairs after him, roaring violently and gaining fast.

Derek is almost to the bottom before a massive fist slams into him from behind, throwing him down the remaining two or three stairs and through the door. A shotgun blast made it turn around before it moved in on the stunned Survivor, revealing Francis standing at the top of the stairs draining a bottle of beer. He finished, wiped his mouth and tossed the bottle over his shoulder before chambering another round in his gun. "Come get some, you shirtless vampire wuss!"

Curt lost sight of two people and the tank, since they ran down the stairs. Only one shot was fired but he could still feel that the tank was still alive. Curt growled to himself as he watched for any sign of the two people that were with the tank.

Derek gets up and tries to find something to damage/kill the tank

Derek doesn't have anything on him except a pistol at the moment, and nothing else has presented itself. There is, however, a propane tank lying on the ground not too far from the lumbering Infected.

"Francis get clear, it's about to get hot in here!" Derek raises the pistol and aims for the propane.

Francis didn't hear, and when the explosion went off the shockwave floored him. The explosion didn't move the Tank very far or do very much more than cause it to stagger away, but it also burst into flames. It rounded on Derek again, bellowing.

Derek staggered up and bolted to the door.

Curt was startled by a explosion and he focused his sights on the ground floor before he heard a bellow from the tank. Curt caught only a foot of somebody as he passed by a window but then Curt could see a faint glow of flames.

The Tank roared and grunted as it barreled toward Derek. Fortunately, perhaps owing to being on fire, it wasn't quite as fast as the Survivor. Unfortunately, it noticed that too. Stopping, it rammed its hands into the ground, plowing up a huge chunk of asphalt before hurling it at Derek.

Derek sees the flying concrete and dives to the side, hoping to dodge it.

Curt watched in horror as the tank threw the slab of concrete at Derek and it looked like it would hit him.

(Roll to dodge? Still on iPad btw, might get computer by Christmas)
