[Like I said, the elevator would have dropped from between the first and second floors, so depending on how first floor is defined (ground or not) and whether the shaft goes to the basement it may not be all that far. My guess: Robin is stunned and knocked around a bit but overall no lasting damage.]

The Riddler, now seeing Batman, smiled widely and moved as if to greet him. Before he could speak, however, a rather large boomerang came whipping out of the shadows to one side straight at Batman. At the same time, a burst of powerful wind picked up a slot machine and hurled it towards Batman, and a beam of hard radiation shot past the Riddler at the Dark Knight. Drakon arrived at the point on the stairs where he could get at Batman and, taking a deep breath, exhaled a jet of flame.

Songbird, still on the second floor, heard the commotion (even louder than the one Drakon caused) and headed for the elevator/stairwells.

(Oi but Robin does have special gear which allows him to bust out of the roof of the elevator and cling to the Sides above it! This is a Comic book world! with Comic Book REALITY. Ha ha!)

Alice Looks to her right and sees a waft of smoke drift down the staircase. She sighs and looks down. "Let's just hope that this is the most exciting event of the night." She mutters under her breath.

(For the RP sake, She can see The Riddler, and the fight going on on the ground level. Just imagine the whole place has a luxury Hotel built right in with the rooms over looking the casino floor with open staircases, This makes it easier for everyone to understand... it soars up Six floors {Not Counting the Ground floor}, and is well lit with energy efficient lightbulbs. Everyone can pretty much see everyone, except the batman doesn't know that Alice is there, and The Riddler and crew have no idea who she really is…)

Alice looks over the glass edge over the casino floor. She brushes back her red hair and watches waiting for the signal.

[Not arguing the special gear, just that the fall in the elevator wouldn't be negated by jumping at the last second, even in the comic 'verse. Physics do still have a lot of applicability.]

Suddenly, a web appears just above the Riddler's head and Spiderman suddenly swoops down, swinging on the web he just created, and says, "WHOO-HOO!"

Radioactive Man, noting the newcomer, decided that a nice healthy dose of radiation would be just the ticket for keeping him out of the way and blasted at him.

Alice raises her eyebrow at the arrival of the newcomer. "This is getting out of hand fast…" She says quietly and starts to mess around with her blue ring.

Batman saw all of the stuff coming toward him, which made him realize, that it was a trap. Batman ran up the stairs to avoid the projectiles only to find himself facing the Fire breathing Drakon. He decided to jump of the stairs, landing on a table.

Robin meanwhile is trying to pry open the elevator door with his tools. However he will have to keep working.

Nightwing and Batwoman are outside the casino eating burgers. They have not heard anything from Batman, thus assuming he can handle it.

[Now on a more serious note, when you insist on typing "Batwoman" do you mean Batgirl or Batwoman? Because I'm confused.]

As Batman leaps from the staircase, the boomerang explodes in a thunderous roar behind him, knocking him end-over-end into the table he'd tried to jump on and breaking it. Thankfully the explosion, combined with the smoke and flame, has kept the villains from keeping track of his location. Drakon, however, has charged down the wreckage of the staircase and, not finding a dead Batman, keys his earpiece.

He's not dead. Find him!

He, Tradewind, and Boomerang move in warily. Meanwhile Radioactive Man has gone after Spider-Man.

Songbird noted the wrecked elevator doors and empty shaft. Judging by the smoke and flames coming from the staircase that would be a faster way down. A pair of solid-sound wings sprouted from her back as she entered the shaft. At that point she saw Robin, and fired a blast of sonic energy down the shaft towards the Boy Wonder (and the ground-floor doors, as well).

(I meant to say Batwoman)

Batman spots Riddler, and charges toward him in the hope of taking him out.

Robin and some people get knocked around the elevator shaft from the Sonic energy (If that is what sonic energy is supposed to do. Upon landing, Robin realizes that his only chance to get out is through the hole and toward Songbird...

Riddler, currently hiding behind a vending machine in the middle of a coughing fit, doesn't notice Batman. Boomerang does, however, and alerts Tradewind and Drakon.

Songbird fired another blast of sonics at Robin, hoping to strike him again while he was off-balance.

Spiderman successfully swings out of the way of the Radioactive Material thrown at him and shoots more webs at Radioactive Man. "Take that, you idiot!" he shouts

Alice sees the people down below running around in fear. She sighs and starts to walk back to the staircase toward the fighting in plain view of everyone.

Batman aims a kick at Riddler, hoping to hit him this time.

Robin gets knocked around the elevator shaft again due to songbirds sound waves. Once they subside he attempts to slip through the hole in the wall and also tries to call Nightwing and Batwoman to join in.

Batwoman and Nightwing make their way to the casino and will be there shortly.

Riddler takes the kick directly in the gut and goes down like a sack of bricks. He's still conscious, but in quite a lot of pain.

Boomerang looses another pair of boomerangs at Batman.

Radioactive Man dives behind a slot machine to avoid the webbing Spider-Man is shooting at him.

Songbird, seeing Robin attempt to escape, decides to end this as quickly as possible. A pair of pincers made from solid sound form around Robin's throat, holding him in place and beginning to strangle him as they tighten their grip.

Robin's stomach growls, and the sound waves break Songbird's grip. (Because stomach growling is generally considered to be involuntary, I am taking the liberty of posting this. Plus, 16012112 hasn't posted in a while.)

Batman jumps to the side trying to avoid the boomerangs (I'm assuming that Batman can't catch the boomerangs).

Nightwing and Batwoman have just run into the casino. Nightwing eyeing Robin dashes towards him to help.

Batwoman charges at Boomerang, throwing a bat boomerang at him on the way, as if to announce her presence.

Robin stumbles toward the hole in the wall, pretty much in no condition to fight.

[Wait, so Songbird's powers can be disrupted by other sounds? Also, Batman can catch these boomerangs, beings as they are normal boomerangs, but there are other ones he can't (like the explosive ones)]

[They can when it's convenient to me. And it's not his powers being disrupted, it's the sound waves themselves. It is a real-world phenomena utilized in noise-cancelling.]

Boomerang snatched the batarang out of the air and hurled it back by way of greeting.

Radioactive Man continued his fight with Spider-Man by upending a table at him.

Songbird, deciding Robin is no longer a threat, slams him out of the way with a sonic hammer and enters the main floor.

Drakon attacks Batman from behind with his flamberge, while Tradewind attacks from the front, using her powers to speed out of the way of the Caped Crusader's fists.

Batwoman returns Boomerangs gesture (hurling back her boomerang) and keeps running toward him

Robin is unconscious as of now

Nightwing runs to Robin to pour water on him hoping it might work

Batman tries to get around Drakon to get at Tradewind in a effort to bring Drakon back to his regular speed.

<Alice, What are you doing?>

Alice sighs. <I'm just watching Brother, Nothing to worry about. The Green Lantern wants me to wait here for him… he is planning some sort of intervention that I have yet to see.>

<So you're acting as Damage control? You do realize how crazy this is… right?>

Alice laughs. <It may be, but it is about to get crazier.>

<What are you doing Alice?>

Alice runs over to Robin. "Are you okay sir!?" she says in a panic.

*Meanwhile Outside*

Rick waits on top of a near by building. He stretches and cracks his knuckles. "Looks like I got to do everything around here." He explodes up in a flash of green light and charges at the Casino.

Nightwing catches up to Robin and eyeing Alice (and taking her for a normal person) asks her if she could take Robin to safety.

Alice smiles. "That I can do." She helps Robin onto his feet and starts to take him away from the fight.

Outside, a small green dot is growing.

Nightwing wastes no time on a "thanks", and starts toward Songbird...
