Spiderman, [randomly] on a rooftop nearby sees Tradewind attack Batwoman, and is moving towards her.

Batwoman, momentarily blinded by the snow was kicked in the face, knocking the snow of while causing massive pain. Stumbling back she eyes Tradewind and turns to face her new opponent...

Seizing her advantage, Tradewind uses her super speed to launch a flurry of attacks, punching Batwoman in the face to keep her disoriented and trying to trip her up.

Batwoman staggers toward the edge of the rooftop nearly falling of, but when she felt it she knew she had to fight, thus pushing wildly at the air (or Tradewing should she get lucky and hit her)

Tradewind, not expecting it, took Batwoman's punch in the face and staggered backward.

Meanwhile, the two closest villains (MACH-VI and Songbird) were currently heading this way.

Taking her chance, Batwoman decided to step away from the edge of the building to regain her senses before Tradewind could aim another attack at her.

Tradewind recovered and summoned up a powerful wind to blow Batwoman off the building.

Meanwhile, Songbird and MACH-VI have seen Spider-Man and decided to have a go at him.

Batwoman was blown off her feet, making her fall over the edge of the roof.

Spider-man eyeing Batwoman falling, creates a spiderweb as a swing and flings himself after he, in order to save her (think Tarzan). Spiderman grabs her in free-fall and swings on the rooftop opposite the one of Tradewind.

Batwoman a little shocked to be saved, doesn't manage to tell Spiderman that Tradewind can fly.

Tradewind promptly flies across the gap and attempts to kick Spidey in the head (letting you decide if it hits or not based on spidey-sense).

Spiderman shoots a net at Tradewind "Fly fly little net, make her fall flat on her head" (Copy of a random Spiderman quote with a few changes), while motioning (or pulling) Batwoman to get in defensive position.

Tradewind collided head-on with the net, landing in a heap on the other rooftop.

Meanwhile, MACH-VI streaked in from the west, firing a hail of bullets at the duo as he flew by.

Songbird landed on the opposite side of the roof and let loose with a storm of sonic darts aimed at the two heroes.
