Right. Now that I've got your attention.

We've tried this a couple of times and both times it's fallen flat. I think this is because there's so much established lore in the world of comics that you run the risk of contradicting it no matter what you do (to be fair it contradicts itself at virtually every opportunity).

Therefore, since pretty much every single person here has seen the big blockbuster superhero films that have been coming out lately, I propose we rethink this. By which I mean we retool the idea but instead of being set in the comics, we run it off the MCU and Man of Steel. By which I mean you can draw from any of the following:

The Incredible Hulk (1, 2)
Iron Man (1, 2, 3)
Captain America
Thor (1, 2)
The Avengers
The Amazing Spider-Man
Man of Steel
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Because I know someone's gonna ask, no, we won't be drawing off of the Dark Knight Trilogy; that's pretty much wrapped itself up nicely without involving anything outside it. Not that you can't decide the Joker is his Heath Ledger incarnation, though. Similarly we won't go with the Green Lantern movie because that was a %$@#ing disgrace, the old Superman or Spider-Man films, or the X-Men films.

When I say that, I mean that those things haven't happened yet; Spidey can still go up against Doc Ock and Sandman and the like, and you can still bring in the X-Men, just don't expect them to automatically exist before you claim them to.

Furthermore, the way that I'm planning this out, you will need to introduce characters who haven't already appeared in a manner consistent with the cinematic universes; I'd be very willing to help anyone who's not sure what they're doing. Or of course you can all be lazy and play as the Avengers, of course.

Also, this would be a non-DM RP, with each of us running our own plots interchangeably similar to The League and T&T.

I like the Thor in the Avengers but would enjoy the confusion of not knowing anybody and the possible fights. (Just want to cause a little trouble.)

But of course; heroes fighting heroes is a staple of comic book media in general. Iron Man v. Thor, anyone? Anyway, have you seen both the Thor movies as well? If so, I'll back your claim to Thor.

Only the first movie as well as the Avengers. But I love the effect of Thor bringing the hammer down.

Seriously? Well, I strongly recommend watching that, or at least reading a plot summary. It's kinda important, especially if anything comes up that has to do with the Thor Mythos. And something inevitably will; there's not a whole hell of a lot that can seriously pose a challenge to Thor, so unless we want every single supervillain ever to be curbstomped...

Oh okay yeah so just the realy world not new-earth or first-earth. And you know what Jasonblood/Etrigan can do right?

Not entirely, no.

Okay I'll give you a quick run down
Jason blood: was a knight of the round table in the 6th century so he is one of the best sword fighters in the world and a miner magic user because he has had hundreds of years to practice he also knows more about demons then anyone else in the world besides a demon he can sometimes see the future but it's not always right about all of it he also has two souls one of them is a demon called Etrigan that Merlin put in him and he can also become that demon if he says a chant but he does not control him so it can get messy if he lets him out to long Jason also because he has a demon inside of him can go to hell and back and not die.

Etrigan: he is a demon that live inside of Jason blood and Jason can call him out if he needs help he is. Very smart and can sometimes talks in riddles and also is very strong and is better at magic then Jason and is fire proof because he is a demon and can breath fire he also can speak every language know to man but Jason can't.

So one of there weaknesses is that Jason can only call Etrigan out like once a day and Etrigan is weak against water but Jason is not plus he can't be possessed because of the two souls and if you kill Jason you let out all of Etrigans powers.

So kind of like DC's take on the Hulk...sort of. Seems reasonable, though again it has to fit with the movies we're basing everything off of.

But it would be interesting with a demon running around. Thor vs Etrigan=?
The possibilities are endless. But the bringing the hammer down would be a lumberjack's dream. Since it could clear some trees easy.

Yeah. I'm looking very much the forward to Thor v. Etrigan. It's inevitable; this is comic book stuff easily.

But can you find a clip of Thor bringing the hammer down? Trust me it will get some   's.

On they idea of Etrigan Vs Thor I think is a good idea because there both immortal there both super strong there both magic users (Etrigan mostly) and we'll lets face it a god VS demon would be cool but you just can't come out and attack Jason for no reason and he would need to let Etrigan out before. Oh and one more thing Etrigan has training fight the lantern core because he fought the black lanterns.

No he doesn't. Blackest Night hasn't happened here, remember?

what would the possibility of Daredevil be? even though that movie didn't do very well.

You can play Daredevil, just not the movie version per se.
