Magic and War RP

The go to the main commons room in the dorm and join the rest of the Lovecraft house. They all go to the main assembly hall of the school and they sit at the spots marked with there symbol.

While he waits, gene turns to Lil. "What is this Quiditch you keep mentioning?"

"It's a sport, it's a bit complicated, to be honest. You play it on broomsticks."

A figure entered the main hall. Lil and Eugen reconised him as the old man from the airport

"Him again? He must work here. I wonder what he teaches."

"Hello, students of the Chicago Academy of the Arcane. For the first years out there I believe I must introduce myself. I am Ebenezar McCoy, I am the Headmaster of the school"

"Oh. That explains a lot."

Gene doesn't hear the last part of what Lil said because he was listening to Mocoy.

"All of you have a reason to come to the school. You seek knowledge or other forms of insight into the world of magic. What ever your reason for coming here you have a home in this place. Now I'm sure you are all hungry" he lifts his hand and snaps his fingers. From the celling plates of food appeared as if by magic(Well they did appear by magic but no one cares). The food was prepared to be the favorite of every student. Each student got there favorite meal in front of them.

Gene looks up just in time to see a steaming bowl of beef flavored ramen falling at him. He barely catches it and takes a bite. "How the hell did they know this was my favorite?" he asks. noone.

"Ooh, fried chicken."

The accessibly hall was then consumed with noise as kids of all years started to eat their dinner

Vern comes a bit late and finds an empty spot on the opposite side of Gene.

Lil, sitting next to Gene and therefore across from Vern, noticed. "Hi! You're in Lovecraft too?"

"Obviously" Vern replied.

"Lilianne Valier. You can call me Lil. Who're you?"

"Vern Tapley. Ever heard of the famous Theresa Tapley? I'm related to her."

Lil frowned, thinking. "I...don't think I have heard of her. Nice to meet you though, Vern."

Vern looked a little annoyed at that, but said nothing to that effect.

"Name's Gene Carona, nice to meet you." Gene says.

Vern greeted him back.

"So who's this Theresa Tapley you were going on about?" Lil asked, curious.

Annoyed by Lil's ignorance, but happy about her curiosity Vern told her of his great descendant. In short, Theresa had been a great seer, passing the gift through many generations.

"What is a seer?" Gene asks.

Well, Gene was not the brightest Vern though "A seer is a person who can see glimpses of what my become your future."
