C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
Alright guys, here's the OOC for the new C&C role play. Name your tribes and tell me where you want them placed and I will find some maps and place them there.

Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
Do we get to choose physical aspects of our peoples? Such as if I want my people to have red hair, slanted grey eyes, and pale skin?
What if I want my people to be cyclopes? What if I want to play as magic-users? What if I want to play as a race of living cuttlefish?

Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
To answer your second string of questions, your people must be humans. No cyclopses, no magic-users, and certainly NO cuttlefish. This is prehistorical Earth after all.
And for the first question, that won't be important. Just try to keep the genetics of your people as natural as possible (i.e.- no green skinned people with blue hair and glowing red eyes. And certainly NO people who look like Oompa Loompas!)

C&CIII did not die, merely waiting for me to update it.
Also, could I have my tribe in Argentina? I don't know what to call them yet, but I feel like controlling parts of South America.

Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
I think it needs to be stated we should start in a small (ish) area, like say the size of Iowa.

Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
OK, so are we limiting this to say a continent like Europe or because that would be every C&C so far (with exception of Aztlan) perhaps Asia or Africa?

Actually, I was thinking of using all the continents. That may be a little chaotic, but in the beginning of civilizations, that's how things were.

But then it will be potentially millennia before we meet each other.
Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
True that. How about we limit this to... I guess I'll roll a d20 to decide where you guys should start.
1-2: North America
3-5: South America
6-12: Europe
13-17: Asia
18-20: Africa

Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
OK. I am assuming that you are waiting for players to pick their spots right? If so, I've been considering having my tribe in southern Spain. Seville-area to be exact.

Eastern Europe is big. You should be more specific (i.e. are you going to start in Poland, Ukraine are or perhaps Hungary...).

Re: C&C IV: Prehistoric Foundation OOC
So we will be starting in the equivalent of the ancient era (from Civilization V), right?

Sure. Just say that you're looking to combine your tribe with other tribes.
