"You're Iron man right?" Chris asks the metal man.

Spidy walks up (Mask back on) "SWEET YOUR IRON MAN can I get your autograph?"

Bobby facepalms again. "Enough with the damn autographs."

Pretty soon a gunship brought Hank, Erik and Charles aboard the carrier, while the X-men and the others (except Cap, Stark and Banner) were left in their cells.

"Uhh.. yeah, I don't mind signing... something."

"Really Stark? Why?"

The three senior professors of the Xavier Institute strode in.

Xaveror goes to speak to bobby and the rest of the x-men "Bobby I trust everything went well" he says out lowd
<What happened?>

<Well, we had to fight the Hulk...> Kitty thought ruefully.

<Somebody blew up the NYSE after we got there and these "Thunderbolts" showed up and tried to put us under arrest.> Nightcrawler supplied.

<We each had to fight them. I think I won my fight I don't know how the rest of you guys did> Spidy thought

<Thank you for your input my parker. Were is Logan?>
Xaver says out lowed again "I hope you did nothing to upset these people"

<Isn't your leg broken though?> Nightcrawler looked across the cell block at Spidey.

<Logan's over at the end of the cell block, I think.>

Spidy glares at nightcrawler <Smantics>
<I'll speak to Logan. Thank you> "Eric, Hank talk to the people in charge to get the kids out, I have to talk to logan"

"As it turns out, I'm in charge. Norman Osborn of S.H.I.E.L.D." Citizen V said removing his mask and offering the two X-Men a handshake. Erik looked stonily back at him, refusing to accept. Hank, sensing trouble, quickly grabbed the offered hand and shook it. The trio walks out of the prison block, discussing the situation.

Xaveror gets to logans cell "Logan what did you do to get put into a strate jacket?"

"I told them to-"

"I don't need to hear those details"

After a while, Erik stormed back out of that room, muttering under his breath. Hank didn't appear happy with that, looking exasperated as he returned.

Xavior finished getting the deatiles of the battle from Logan and then came to Eric and Hank
"Whats wrong?"

"S.H.I.E.L.D. is going to trample all over our rights simply because we are mutants!" Erik roared.

"While Erik may be exaggerating slightly, that is more or less the situation, Charles. With the events that have required superhuman attention, governments worldwide - and by extension S.H.I.E.L.D. - have been under increasing pressure to show they can deal with things. Effectively they're treating 'potentially superhuman-level threats' as criminals under SHARA. They can register our names, our aliases, our abilities, and effectively confine us indefinitely at their sole discretion."

"Correct, Mr. McCoy." Osborn strode back into the room. "You have my assurance as director of the Thunderbolts that we will take every precaution, however, to keep your liberties intact."

"Nothing but words, with even less behind them, Mr. Osborn." Erik said stiffly. "There is no guarantee that with this kind of power existing that someone will find the potential to misuse it."

Xavier looks down deep in thought "As much as I want to trust you Mr. Osborn, I still feel the same as Eric. Unless you can convince me other wise my thoughts will remain unchanged"

Osborn's expression changed only subtly. "If that's how you feel. Regardless, the Superhuman Administration and Registration Act requires that your Institute take on a government supervisor - no, we won't be replacing you, Mr. Lensherr,"

Erik, who had opened his mouth, shut it again, still fuming.

"and you will have to cease these...expeditions. They are, in effect, vigilantism. Which, as you ought to know, is quite illegal. Your students here will be returned to you with a warning, but Professor Logan will have one day to arrange his things. After that S.H.I.E.L.D. will be placing him under their jurisdiction."

"And me?" Bruce asks, "What are you gonna do with me?"

"Yeah, what are you gonna do with him?"

Osborn sighed irritably. "Mr. Stark, if you have nothing productive to say please be quiet. Dr. Banner; S.H.I.E.L.D. has, understandably, an interest in keeping you on its staff. Among other things it would allow them to reduce the risk of your...episodes."

Logan hears the conversation and snickers "Thanks for letting the kids go you and S.H.E.I.L.D have the right to question my desions but I have one question for you Mr Osborn. Who are you to make this team you call the thunder bolts and have them going around enforcing the law, and the way I see it you guys can go around doing what you want with no law to stop you because you are the law. So who died and made you the leader of S.H.E.I.L.D, this thunder bolts is your personal hit squad in my eyes"

Osborn glared at Wolverine. "Fortunately, Mr. Logan, your opinion on the matter carries little weight."

"But he does raise a good point" Xavier says

"And how would they reduce the risk of it? They can't control my... episodes, as you call them, any more than anyone else can."

"They can provide a stress-free work environment." Osborn said.
