Who currently owns Greenland? I would assume the new "Kingdom of Scandinavia", but I'm not sure. (The map on the first page makes 0 sense to me.)

Sweden is fighting a loosing fight, so the war will(?) end soon. Keep in mind that 1700's wars were generally long lasting sometimes up till 20 years.

Out of curiosity why do Spanish factories need coal? I thought the industrial-strength steam engine had only been given to Portugal and shared with the Aztecs and someone else?

@Mycro they might have stolen them, but I have a modern steam engine so I may have traded it. Not sure

At this point, the steam engine is pretty universal with the ever-expanding base of factories. Also, New Guinea is discovered by the British.

I'll have a roll later on to see who finds Australia/New Zealand.

I'm going to create new maps soon of each of the different continents.
