Waren decides to go along with it. He recalls kirlia, puts the pokeball down, and with his hands up in a surrenduring gesture, he slowly walks towards it. "I'm sorry for hurting you, I mean you no harm."

<Oh! Now he says he means no harm! I mean, it's not like he tried to put me back into that horrid thing! Clearly, I should listen to him!> the Pokemon says, getting slightly red in the face from sarcastically ranting.

"Geeze Waren, it doesn't seem to like you," Aaron says, nervously chuckling.

" what is it saying?" Waren asks looking at jolt.

[Um. Is Waren capable of understanding the Pokéspeak of a 'mon he never even knew existed until about a minute ago?]

(I might have made the wrong assumption that it was like a meowth scenario in which luxio translated, that's what i extracted from it)

(Yes, it's a two part translation, apparently. Pokemon -> Luxio -> Jolt)

Luxio zapped Jolt with a summary of what the new pokemon said.
"Okay, it doesnt trust us very well but it sort of likes Aaron and Waren back off it doesn't like that you tried to recall it, it doesn't trust Luxio either." Jolt says to the group before turning to Luxio. "Try getting a name and type of our little friend here."

<Listen my friend thought that you were a threat, we got the pokeball that you were in from a nutcase and we had just survived a fight with Thundurus, he was captured as well as you in those distorded pokeballs. Can you please tell me about what you are and where you are from, anything can be useful at this point. These guys have no plans of what to do next.> Luxio said to the new pokemon and tries to convince it that he was on its side.

"Well in all honesty I can't blame it."

"Then back off." Jolt says with a slight edge to his voice.

"Ok ok." Waren walks back over to the group.

"Thank you. Luxio, lets hope the little guy is a chatty one." Jolt says as Luxio nodded in agreement before turning back to the new pokemon.

<Well, if you must know, I lived in this lovely field of what I believe are called "lilacs", in front of a "chateau", as the humans call it.>

It then stands up.

<As for me, I am an Aromatisse.> it says, releasing a pleasant smelling burst from itself, <Pleased to meet you.>

"Hang on." Jolt says before getting zapped by Luxio with the information it had gotten. "Our little friend is a Aromatisse. Can anybody figure out where they come from? Also try finding the types of this pokemon?" Jolt asked as he looked to the group.

"Pokedevx is still busted for some reason."

"I've never heard of an Aromatisse..." Dawn said, browsing her Pokédex for information. "There's nothing in here either."

Luxio frowns as he watches the confusion going about the group.

<See, they barely know what to do right now, it is really amusing at times but it gets old fast. We need as much information as you can give us. Including the information of what happened inside your pokeball.> Luxio says cautiously as it turns back to the Aromatisse. <We could use all the help we can get right now.>

Waren is fascinated at the translation method.

<Oh, it was awful, simply terrible! That infernal device caused me such great pain, especially in my heart and mind.> the Aromatisse said, shuddering.

<It seemed as if there was another...thing in there with me, attempting to take control. Fortunately, it seemed to be failing, as it seemed more and more agitated with each attempt, which was still quite painful.>

Aaron hands the Aromatisse another Oran berry, which it happily munches on.

"I wonder...did it mention what it was like where it lived?" Aaron asks, "If we knew what was growing near, it might provide a hint to where it came from. There are several plants, especially berry plants, that only grow in specific places."

"Luxio did say that-" jolt was interrupted by another zap of information. He shudders with eyes closed. Apparently there was news that disturbed him, badly. "our little friend came from a lilac field near an old chateau. Luxio try getting information of the people that captured it." Jolt says obviously leaving out the recent information update.

<Do you have any memories of before being caught?> Luxio asked as the Aromatisse was eating the berry. <Jolt seemed very disturbed by your torture inside that cruel piece of dark science.> Luxio says trying to keep his vocabulary within PG standereds.

"A field of lilacs?" Aaron asks, "Most regions have fields of grass, but not fields of flowers...and this 'chateau'..."

Aaron turns, pondering what place this could possibly be.

Meanwhile...

<Of course I have memories before I was captured, what kind of question is that?!> he says, looking very bothered.

<Is there...a reason for that not to be so?>

"Um, what's a chateau?" Dawn asked.

May's Torterra asks if the Pokemon knows where that place is.

<Well, to be honest...I don't recall it ever having a name. Well, other than home of course.> he says sheepishly.

<Although...> he recalls, <I do remember the entirety of the place I lived having a name...oh what was it...Ca....Caal....Caalos? No..... KALOS! That's it, Kalos!>

Luxio zaps Jolt with the new information.

"Does the place Kalos ring any bells for anyone?" Jolt asks, still holding back information (roll over a ten to get him to speak). "Could Aromatisse possibly identify its captors?"

Luxio looked at Aromatisse.
<Can you identify the people that captured you?> Luxio asked
