"You little $@#! There is no point in us getting slaughtered! Get down the hatch, I can keep them longer at bay with my sword."

(Um, Nord is dead, now. Just saying.)

"Stay with us, and you'll be safe, Your Majesty." Anastasia says.

David climbs down the hatch and closes it. Then he looks around "You! I thought you had escaped! To think I am escaping with convicts...this must be the end of the world!"

The Queen hushes David and tells the group that it is best to get away from the vampires. In other words, love to fight another day. Meanwhile Vampires are trying to break through the hatch.

Scratches are heard from above, but the hatch seems sturdy for now.

"Lets go than." Jude says unsheathing his blade

David and the Queen are waiting to see which direction the party is going, due to their lack of knowledge of the tunnels. David muttered "not only am I escaping with convicts, they are going to lead the way too! $#@! this world is messed up."

"And they have a drunk with them." Jude says beaming.

"I know, you little idiot" David harshly replied.

"Come on, let's run this way before they break through!" Octavion says as he and Anastasia run in the way they came. He stops and turns to David and says, rather sarcastically, "Nice to see you to, by the way."

"We should take the other path at that earlier fork in the road this time!" Anastasia says.

Jude runs in the same direction.

"So," Dezenn said to Daniel as the group ran. "How many valuables do you carry on your person, usually?"

In response to Octavian, David tells him he is lucky that he didn't chain Octavian to a wall for the vampires to eat him.

"And come to think of it, Your Highness, shouldn't there be a reward for helping you?"

"There will be a reward, but seeing that the vampires control the country now, there may be trouble with issuing the reward. We could of course try to get back into the royal palace, and I'll let you choose something there. Also the royal palace library may help us gain knowledge in fighting the vampires."

"And get us killed in the proccess."

"Not without that reward..."

"The vampires don't know the secret passage ways of the palace. They were specifically built for the members of the royal family. We can make it through one of those passageways."

"Hmmm all right, say we run into them, any methods for battling vampires?"

"Not that I'd know of. They seem pretty resistant to almost anything. However everything has its weakness..."

"Anyone have any Holy Water?" Octavion asks.

"The only person who'd have that kind of stuff would be her. She thinks nothing of stealing holy water from priests" David pointed out.

"Garlic maybe?"

"I think an adamant spike through the brain should put one down just as easy as you like." Dezenn said, spinning one of said spikes deftly in her hand.

"Any holy symbols or relics we could use against them?" Anastasia asks.
