"what you think I can't kill all of your friends? Easy. Now smolder please stop them from getting involved" jack turned his back to David seeing as he is 30-40 feet away jack drops on his knees and holds his chest and yells in pain, his hand start to grow large claws and his body starts to grow to four time it's normal size and his out from his back rips two large folded wings

"A fluffy horse?" David muttered to himself. Next time he was going to give the other officers the weird prisoners in favor of handling drunks.

While David was busy arguing with Jack, the rest of the company notices several men approach. They are covered in tribal style ink and nordic type clothing. All of them were heavily armed and all of them had the same symbol painted somewhere on their person or clothes: A triangle. The tallest of them was wearing dark blue robes and he was looking straight at the priest smiling...the I'm going to kill you smile.

"What do we have here?" Smoldar asks, 2 balls of flame hovering in his hands.

The man in the dark blue robes neared smolder "Jeg er her for prœsten."

Next to him stood a smaller man, apparently the translator "he is here for the priest."

"For what purpose?"

This time the translator answered without consulting his master "well to kill him of course."

"Why's that? I was hoping I could."

"Well he has been a nuisance to us, but if you want to kill him be my guest."

Smoldar flashes a wicked smile and steps toward the priest, flames glowing bright orange against his face.
"So, would you like to feel? Your blood boiling, your eyes melting, or you being cooked alive from the inside out? Pick your favorite."

The priest shrunk back gathering light around him "Why would you kill me?"

The Dane smiled "de myrder hinanden. Folk enigheden eksisterer ikke her. [they will kill each other. People here are divided]"

Aaron understood the last statement smiles and blocks the exit of the door to the outside of the ruins. He turns to smolder "If you want I could throw in a teleporting heart or a little electricity shock"

He looks at David "The man outside wants you to stay here"

"You don't understand this rubbish anyway!" David snorted "I am sure he is telling me to arrest you convicts."

Aaron shrugs "I haven't done anything wrong, other then teleporting weapons ten feet"

Smoldar turns away Aaron's options. "Nah, too easy, I want to have some fun. "

Aaron thinks for a second "True all of my options are a little quick aren't they"

The Northerners smiled. Not only had they come to kill the priest, but others were going to do it for them.

The priest meanwhile stepped back "if you kill me, then the high priest is going to hunt you down. And he is powerful."

Aaron raises an eyebrow at the preist "The man that is about to flamby you doesn't give two @#$%s"

"He's right." Smoldar says, flames growing brighter.

The mage, in the background, had placed the torso back in the ritual circle and was arranging the tendrils in an aesthetically pleasing starburst. He looked at the candles, replaced them, and lit them each with a minor thaumaturgy. He was now examining the altar, ignoring the others in the room.

Presently, he looked up. "Are there any dead bodies in this room that I may borrow?"

"In the corner"

He hauled the body over and arranged it on the altar.

"Might I ask what you are planing to do?"

"See if I can revive this woman."

"Good luck with that"
