I'm not sure exactly but I strongly doubt it; Heimdall couldn't. Etrigan might sense that something is hidden from him but he wouldn't be able to pinpoint the exact location.

Does the invisibility technology have any weaknesses

None that are immediately apparent based on the source material, except that they perhaps don't provide full invisibility from Etrigan based on the fact that Heimdall was able to locate the ships in the movie (though this may have been because he's capable of deducing their location based on the air disturbances). I'd think Etrigan would have an advantage due to being a literal demon and therefore more spiritual than Asgardian-type stuff.

Of course, Etrigan is on a random building while Ghost is in Stark Tower.

Well, even if you can figure out where he is he can also turn intangible. Fortunately he's not exactly Deathstroke or Lady Shiva - the guy is skinny as a rail and a paranoid conspiracy theorist computer nerd.

LOLS it's fine but what I was thinking about giving in demon tech I can only give him stuff from hell if he trade somthing of equal value to hold because if he does get somthing from hell he will love It but will hate it later for the price he will have to pay is very great.
