Spidy looks between cyclops and the new guy "OHHH I see the resemblance" points to (Havic?) "the only difference is you have a personality and are not a prick"

"Excuse ME BUG BOY" Cyclops yells

The bubble Spidey was trapped in jerked upward about a yard or so, bouncing the wallcrawler around inside. "Shut up."

Alex blinked. "Look, Scott, just come quietly. I don't want to have to risk hurting you to bring you in."

"Sorry, but I'm not going anywhere till the professor gets here" Scott says

Spidy regains his composer "Ok I take back the you are not a prick thing"

Wolverine now fully up and running again goes up to alex and pushes him away "I don't care if you are his brother or not but It won't stop me from nocking your teeth in bub"

The sphere jerked sideways this time. "I said shut up, webhead." The woman with streaked hair landed next to the sphere and her wings disappeared.

Atlas stepped forward, reaching for Cyclops.

Hazmat Suit Guy continued to melt Iceman's shell as he reformed it. "You seem like an intelligent pair. Surely you must realize both of you will tire out long before I do." Shadowcat hadn't bothered turning intangible - the waves of nauseating heat rolling off of the man would affect her even while phasing.

"I don't care where you're from, these are not criminals or suspects." Cap says to Atlas.

Atlas shrugged. "Just following my orders, Cap."

Sword-guy looked over to Cap. "Steve, please. They're standing right next to the wreckage of the Stock Exchange, and Spider-Man over there is wanted for questioning about the death of a police captain in the city."

"Well I don't know about the webhead, but from someone who fought alongside these 'criminals" I know that we trieed protecting the NYSE from the Manderine and his crew. "

Bobby continues backing up, keeping his shell up for as long as possible.

meanwhile in an alley, a homeless boy of 17 hears the comotion and goes to see what's going on.

"All well and good, but it's hardly unreasonable for S.H.I.E.L.D. to want to investigate themselves."

Daredevil leaps from his perch on the building to where he thinks the haz mat man is, holding his staff above his head for a powerful downward strike.

The radioactive man was caught completely off-guard, taking the blow to the head and staggering forward. A good quantity of the blow's power was absorbed by the body armor he wore beneath the hazmat suit (something all of the Thunderbolts seemed to have in common) and the heat he radiated at the two X-Men relented. Shadowcat seized the opportunity to kick him in the gut while he was off-balance. "Let's go, Bobby!"

"Right." Bobby creates a slightly thinner sheet of ice, using it to carry both of them away from the Haz-mat man.

The homeless kid sees the 2 mutants sliding away and sees the thunderbolts.

"What do we have here?" he asks, as his forearms start to heat up, sizzling and poping until they resemble the look of molten lava arms.

"Back off." Alex's power suit revved and he raised an arm, firing a burst of concussive force that swept Wolverine back and threw him into a car. "Assaulting a federal officer, hmm?"

"Hehe, yeah, I forgot about us being federal officers." Joystick landed with one foot on Wolverine's chest. She'd split her staff into two rods and held one, crackling with electricity, under Wolverine's chin. "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will make me kick your ass."

Radioactive Man released a directed burst of heat that dissolved the ice slide...but not the portion Iceman was using to escape. The sword guy, who was moving in on Daredevil, noticed this and shouted over his shoulder, "Songbird! Take them down!"

The Chitauri armor-wearing woman smirked at Spider-Man. "Don't go anywhere." Wings sprang into being from her carapace and she took off, rapidly catching up to the two mutants. A glowing pink axe smashed through the ice slide, sending Iceman and Shadowcat tumbling down through the air. "Bobby!" Shadowcat screamed as the two of them fell.

Wolverine unshethes his claws "You took the words right out of my mouth" He swings his claws to get her off of him and then takes a fighting stance

Spidy tries to get out but the shield holds "You know what no more of this" He takes his webs and puts them into a sling shot type of mecaisum and kicks the sheild one more time

Bobby makes an ice ramp, letting them slide to the ground unharmed.

The teenager, seeing the 2 mutants fall, raises his right arm and 3 bursts of molten hot rock fly at songbird.

Cyclops puts his hand to his visor "Move and this thing goes off in your face"

Spidy's last kick ended with him bouncing around in the bubble like a ball but he does get his composer and trys again

the teenager's arms turn from bubling magma to solid stone.

Spidy second try allows him to brake free. He then starts swinging around the thunderbolts "FREEDOMMMMM"

"Oh for God's sake..." the masked swordsman said, swinging his sword in a broad arc to try and disarm Daredevil.

As Spidey shattered his prison, Songbird, still airborne, jerked as though something had just hit her. Seeing the incoming molten rock, she threw up a shield in their path.

Joystick backflipped out of the way of Wolverine's claws, giggling. "Alrighty then! Let's go!" She feinted left before making a swing at Wolverine's legs with both rods.

Atlas, now holding Cyclops, frowned. "Well, this went to hell pretty fast."

"Where the hell are they?" Bobby asks as he sees the rock armed teenager jump into the air and aim his fists at songbird.

Daredevil counters the swing with his staff.

Songbird thrust the wall forward at the leaping teenager, smacking him back and hurling him toward the pavement. She then saw Spider-Man free. "Didn't I tell you not to go anywhere?" she growled, as a pair of glowing pink pincers flew at Spidey.

the teenager slams into the pavement, but not before a shell of rock covers him, shielding him from the fall. the kid stands up and cracks his neck. "That almost hurt." he says, leaping at songbird again.

Radioactive Man, seeing the newcomer attacking Songbird while she wasn't paying attention to him, fired a burst of radiation at him, knocking him off-course.
