Rolling to Capture Russia's spies in France and Britain(bonus of 3) and a negative of 3 to anyone who try's to SAB Spy and assassinate anything in Britain (and IM not saying that luft said that) and if they are found in France then They get to keep them.

OK, it is getting hard to keep track of who's spying on who. To solve this, put in the diplomacy chart if you're spying on someone. If Spain were to spy on Morocco they'd put into the diplomacy chart "[Spying-Spain]".

Secondly with spying--->16+ is success, 6+ moderate success and anything lower is you get caught. No bonuses for spying in France, Britain, Russia, Germany, Austria and Portugal since they have actively been investing in spying/ detecting spies.

Okay but you know who I'm spying I right without me tell you right? Just asking.

I'm just asking that you put the spy info into the diplomacy chart so that me and other don't have to read through the OOC everytime we are trying to figure out who's spyin' on who.

Gaara you realize that there's only a set amount you can do in this time period and mass-production of poison gases isn't one of them? Poison gas isn't even a viable weapon really by the time you could make it.
