Turkey rejects the offer haughtily, owing to the differences between the two countries.

[You aren't going to replace 3/4 of your force that quick.]

The Bulgarians back off, but remain a considerable threat, given their now-greatly superior numbers. Fortunately their commander remains incompetent.

Realizing that invasion was bad for his economy, Charles orders the army to fall back across the border, deciding to fight a defensive war (which will be much cheaper).

In the meantime, Greek scientists have begun researching inventions of warfare, such as a new-and-improved navy, aeroplanes, and tanks. They also begun researching new weapons.

Navy: They successfully manage to upgrade the navy.
Aeroplanes: The scientists have made their first aeroplane.
Tanks: The scientists are still clueless on the subject.
Weapons: Greece develops newer, better guns.

The Germans continue to fight the Russians and the French. With the help of their allies the Germans make a massive push into French Territory, and begin a march to the sea.

In a quick and decisive battle, the Turks- surprised by the Greeks' sudden attack- are pulverized by the navy. Citizens of Greece celebrate the retaking of their island.

The Greeks begin to fortify their defenses on Crete.

[Natural 20 or not, the navy alone isn't going to take the island.]

The Turkish ships protecting the island are now little more than a habitat for reef-dwelling wildlife, and Greek ships are pounding the Turkish shore fortifications with a shelling akin to the wrath of God. Turkish casualties are staggering, but they remain entrenched on the island.

The Troops take heavy casualties and are forced to flee back to their transports. The Navy continues to bomb the crap out of the shore fortifications.

The French, despite British aerial bombardment, are able to defeat the Germans quite handily - this assuming the Germans are still allocating most of their fighting ability to resist the Russians - owing to superior firepower and a French officer who can actually think.

Another humiliating defeat for Greece as the troops are forced to retreat. King Charles decides to keep bombarding the Turks' defenses.

In the meantime, Charles orders spies into Bulgaria so he could keep updated with his enemy.

The Greek Spies find the Bulgarian Leader and begin keeping close tabs on him and his activities.

The Greeks manage to secure a beach-head, but are unable to push deeper into Crete. They send the Turk soldiers who surrendered to them back to Greece.

Scientists are still clueless on the subject of the tank.
