Changed World: Teen Titans.

Self explanatory and continuing my ideas for CW splinters. Because I like the Teen Titans. The main issue is how the hell do they come about? Of their own volition?

Possible members of the Teen Titans:

Miss Martian: Easy to implement, she's an alien refugee.
Starfire: Similarly easy, though I don't know if Tamaran is as defunct as Mars. I rather doubt it.
Aquawhom: Atlantis in here has to be some sort of fusion between Aquaman!Atlantis and Namor!Atlantis. Either way I think it's not unlikely for some random Atlantean to end up on the surface world and do stuff. More thought is required if this is to be an Aquawhom involved in the actual monarchy.
Cyborg: Deathlok-type prosthetics, perhaps, as the result of some sort of accident?
Beast Boy/Changeling: Same backstory as the comics, easy enough.
Robin: No. There's no way Robin works without Batman and no Batman yet.
Raven: Possibly. No idea about her backstory.

Oh, yes, and X-23.

First person to even MENTION Superboy shall be drawn and quartered, followed by having their face eaten.
