Character: Mark Hanel
Earth appearance: Average hight, dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Athletic build (A Cross Country/Track runner)
Personality: Since he was the youngest of Three, he works hard for everything that he can get towards, never takes short cuts. Nice to people and helps those he can.
Lyoko
Appearance: Same hight, hair color and eye color. Has a metal armor pad on his shoulder and chain mail under a shirt, normal black jeans.
Weapon: Two handed Broadsword with flame designs on the hilt. He is strong enough to wield it one handed
Ability: Speed. Can go extremely fast even by Lyoko standerds for a short time.

Second ability Sight: Can read the trajectory of bullets very well allowing him to dodge incoming fire when not in speed state. Doesn't last very long and if used over the limit his vison is greatly decreased (He goes blind/ Partly blind for a few moments)

A tallish, lanky young man with bright grey eyes and shaggy, surprisingly soft black hair. He has long legs and long-fingered hands. He's excellent at playing multiple instruments, though he can't and doesn't sing.
His lyoko form looks like a James Bond tuxedo, and while he has no abilities or powers, the suit is randomly equipped with various gadgets, depending on the sector of Lyoko they're in. Those gadgets can include: spring-loaded shoes, sticky gloves(for climbing), retractable cleats, a watch with a monster detector, and a grappling hook. He gets only two when they go into Lyoko, and doesn't get to choose which two. He has two pistols that act as his main weapons, and are with him no matter what.

Vehicles are listed as 'Optional' for a reason. But no, you don't have to. You can later on add a vehicle for your character. Just update your character profile.

Okay. I'm interested in this RP, but I never really watched much of the show.
What are guidelines for creating a Lyoko form of a character? Are they tied to subconscious, chosen or what? How many abilities do you get?

With the lyoko form, it's tied to the subconscious and personality. The rest you'll have to ask Sagan about.

Its mostly how the person sees themselves subconsciously, abilities were never really explained

Mycro two things, first I can't post a picture from my phone onto the RP, need help. Two, for your character you would have two forms. Earth form, and Lyoko form. Earth form, treat it like making a human character. Lyoko form, think of it like creating a video game character, you can use game characters as inspiration. Abilities are based on your Lyoko form, meaning make them possible for your character. Clever and Helsing already have approved abilities for their characters. If you have questions message me. I'll respond after football.

So, on an unrelated note, why do the canon cast's names a lot of the time sound like people gargling Cheerios? What happened to France?

Jeremy is actually French. Aelita is from a computer. The rest of the cast are transfer students or have moved there from another country. Odd is from Italy, Yumi is from Japan(durr), and Ulrich is from Germany.

I think Odd might be a common nickname that everyone calls him (kind of how people call a person 'Bill' when their name is William and stuff like that)

Full Name: Petra Nikula
Age: Late teens, as with the other Lyoko Warriors
Race: Human, Finnish
Gender: Female
Appearance: Strawberry blonde hair that goes a bit past her shoulders. Wears a white polo shirt under a dark gray overshirt and skinny jeans. Built wiry and athletic.
Lyoko Forme: Because form should have an e on the end. Her hair is longer, reaching to mid-back. She gains a plain silvery circlet on her forehead, and some silvery bands on her shoulders and wrists form what looks like light armor. Her clothes are replaced with a navy blue outfit that covers her entire body from the neck down, save her midriff (which is left bare) and her fingers, which are left in fingerless gloves.
When using Battle Armour: Her staff has disappeared, with the blades now lengthened and replacing her hands. Her chest and forearms, and face are encased in thick layers of armor.
Abilities: An accomplished gymnast. Relatively intelligent, though her only good grade is in history class. Tends to know less academically useful stuff than comparatively esoteric information and REALLY poor at math.
Slot 1: Battle Armour. She loses the staff but gains a significant increase in armor, with the staff blades replacing her hands. This ability is temporary and has a cooldown.
Slot 2: Aegis: Only active while Battle Armour is active. Adds a shield to her face With the shield covering her face in its entirety, she loses the ability to see and also to speak, with anything she says reduced to a sort of staticky humming.
Slot 3: Sonar: Only active while Battle Armour is active. Allows her to navigate the area while blind and target enemies. It’s not as good as sight, though - the danger of her mistaking an ally for an enemy is very real, especially in a hectic combat situation.
Equipment: Three-Section Staff. Take a nunchuk, give it another rod, lengthen them to two and half feet or so per rod, make them silvery-white and add small blades at either end. The staff can anchor its sections together to form a conventional pole, useful for acrobatic stunts
Personality: Tends to be oblivious to others’ emotions and non-verbal cues, as well as taking an overtly idealistic view of things. Poor followthrough - if she were to do assignments prior to the day they were due her grades would improve substantially, by all evidence.
