Pokemon Bismuth OOC

Sooo, a new pokemon RP is going to be started. To prevent people jumping in without having a defined character, I ask that your character and starting Pokemon be posted here and approved before joining.

As of right now, we aren't entirely sure of the plot, but it will come. Later. For Now:
Rules!:

1. Pokemon have only four move slots. This can only change if you want to have certain similar moves take up the same slot. ASK to see if your particular case is ok.

Example: If you had a Castform and wanted to have the different Weather Moves take up one slot, this would be allowed.

2. We will be using Generation Six mechanics for battle.

3. We will not keep track of levels, stats, etc. (Too much hassle on everyone involved, I'll keep a rough enstimate for the sake of learning moves and evolving) As such, I expect common sense to be used in this. (A level 1 Pikachu can't beat a level 100 Gyarados, even with the type advantage)

4. Your starter Pokemon MUST be able evolve, (Everyone gets one and only one) regardless of the method.

5. I will allow the use of this website for Pokemon, moves, etc. However, Pokemon must have all the "nuts and bolts" (moves, abilities, etc.). Also, if you want a starter from Pokemon Factory, message me and I'll see if I will allow it.

6. When choosing your starter or catching a new Pokemon, you can try to have the Pokemon have its Dream World Ability. When you do this, roll a d20 and subtract from the result the number of abilities the Pokemon is normally capable of minus one. For Starters, it has to be 10 or higher to get the DW ability. For Wild Pokemon, it must be 15 or higher.
